Talent Acquisition Manager
ESSENTIAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS for the talent acquisition manger include:

Directly supervising three corporate recruiting team members. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university; and five years related experience and/or training.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Recruiting certifications and/or SHRM certification (PHR, SPHR or SHRM-CP) helpful, but not required.

Experience with ATS and CRM systems required. Taleo experience preferred.

Preferred mix of both Corporate and Agency recruiting experience.

Ability to travel 15 – 25 percent of the time; with heavy travel (50-75%) of time during career fair season.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
