Essential job qualifications for this Employee Services Representative includes the following:

  • High school diploma or GED required. Customer service or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Previous benefits administration background preferred.  Previous HRIS or similar system experience preferred.  
  • Candidates must demonstrate the interest and ability to interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner through:
  • Excellent communication skills, work effectively in team environment while maintaining personal responsibility, and possess previous data entry, computer and accounting experience.  
  • Focused strength in competencies should include:
    • Proven customer service skills
    • Solid time management and prioritization skills
    • Focus on process efficiency and accuracy
    • Ability to effectively work in a team environment. 
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to fluctuate hours worked based on the needs of the business and heavy workload due to yearend processing.
    • Flexibility to travel, sometimes with little notice, to corporate sites for a period of 1-5 days.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point.  PeopleSoft and Fusion or other similar system experience preferred.  Ability to learn and utilize third party administrator web tools. Microsoft Power Platform experience a plus. Knowledge of relational database systems a plus.
