Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, marketing, or related field. 
• 2+ years directly related, progressively responsible work experience.
• Prefer experience working in a corporate university relations or campus recruiting team.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to campus recruiting events.
• High attention to detail with the ability to coordinate complex events and programs.
• Strong presentation skills paired with the ability to create and edit recruitment marketing materials.
• Experience with writing and posting job descriptions in applicant tracking systems and relevant job boards.
