Sr. Manager, Talent Management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent management, including experience with Oracle Learning Cloud or similar HR technology platforms.
- Strong technical proficiency and experience in configuring and managing HR systems.
- Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successful implementation of talent management solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
- Change management expertise, with a focus on driving user adoption of new technologies and practices.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
