How the Program Works:

Develop at your own pace to complete milestones that focus on products, professional development, sales processes, and sales revenue goals by:

·     Acquiring and applying new account development skills

·     Attending professional training on business etiquette and personal image

·     Building an understanding of selling concepts, situational selling, and the customer profile

·     Completing a competitive analysis

·     Conducting a competitive research shop

·     Learning Pella sales systems 

·     Performing centralized sales services

·     Training on products, quoting processes and selling processes

·     Visiting 2-3 different sales markets

Program Requirements:

  • · Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • · Individual’s motor vehicle record must also comply with company requirements.
  • · Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks in an environment of constant interruptions and be able to prioritize responsibilities.
