- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) with technical or business orientation from four-year college or university preferred; and five or more years related experience and/or training in product, web, mobile, and/or graphic design; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Solid portfolio of web and mobile interface designs with your role on each clearly defined
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Sketch
- Excellent problem solver and requirements gatherer in collaboration with the digital services team and internal clients
- Demonstrated adherence to a digital creative process and the time and resources required to produce quality work on time and within specifications of the project
- Exceptional design and concept development skills, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate ideas through wireframes, user flows, mockups, briefs, sketches, etc.
- Ability to quickly experiment, test and iterate user interface concepts
- Experience working with graphic designers and developers to see your vision through execution
- Ability to multitask projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience with creating prototypes with InVision, Marvel, UXPin, Axure, or similar
- Experience with A/B optimization testing
- Experience leading and/or facilitating usability studies and focus groups
- Experience using online, remote user testing tools
- Self-motivated initiative taker
- Experience working in agile team environments
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, peers, clients, customers.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations and ability to transfer and apply the concepts and techniques covered in a practical business situation.
- Excel, Word, Power Point experience required.
- Strong analytical skills are necessary.
- Certification as a Certified User Analyst (CUA) or Certified User Experience Analyst (CXA) a plus.
