Qualifications:

• Pursuing a B.A./B.S. in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college or university
• Strong academic candidate
• Experience with team leadership and teamwork, especially outside the classroom
• Ability to use the following software applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other applications
• Ability to effectively communicate to financial and non-financial personnel utilizing written and verbal skills, including presentations to small and large groups
• Ability to learn new technology
• Experience managing projects from conception through implementation
• Ability to be successful in a fast-paced team-based work environment

Language Skills:

• Ability to translate complex approaches and issues into actionable implications easily understood by all levels of management.  Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Reasoning Ability:

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions with minimal data points. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to conceptualize data and understand complex relationships is required. The ability to communicate the results of analysis in a way that presents the proper insights to the rest of the business is extremely important.
