About You: (Required Qualifications)
- 7-10 years of experience in an Org Development related role with experience in consulting or corporate roles focused on talent management, leadership development, and organizational development
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field of study required; Master’s degree in industrial/organizational leadership/psychology or MBA preferred
- Solid subject matter expertise across two or more core disciplines: organizational design, talent management, leadership development, culture change and organizational effectiveness
- Strong ability to build cross-collaborative relationships and influence key stakeholders through credibility and emotionally intelligent thought partnership
- Strong consulting skills—i.e. asks open-ended questions, contributes and solicits ideas, promotes diverse thinking, clarifies critical issues, challenges paradigms and thoughtful listens
- Able to develop and contribute objective insightful analyses and thought partnership – with limited direction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills—clear, concise, compelling
- Demonstrates the ability to proactively produce high-quality work, including end-to-end project scoping, planning and resource management, with the ability to leverage cross-functional partnerships to execute plans while ensuring accountability and timeliness of deliverables, with limited guidance
- Able to successfully navigate VUCA, managing multiple conflicting priorities while working with urgency to drive significant business/organizational transformational efforts
- Strong leverage of Microsoft Office Applications including: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
