QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. 
 
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
 
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business directions.  Ability to write reports and business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, team members, and the general public.
 
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate basic figures and amounts.
 
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
 
COMPUTER SKILLS
Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
