Talent Acquisition Specialist - Remote
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience as a high performer in a sales role, corporate recruiting team, recruitment agency, or staffing firm.
- Proven history of achieveing goals pertaining to commissioned sales or recruiting outcomes.
- Ability to learn and apply best practices in sourcing and other recruitment processes.
- Hands on experience with an ATS or CRM.
- Ability to present and effectively communicate with candidates and business leaders.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to make decisions and escalate issues when necessary.
Team Details:
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager – Professional at Pella, this person will work along side a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, Associates, and Assistants who fill corporate, sales, and campus roles across the organization. While about half of our staff works and lives in the Pella area, the other half of the team works remotely. While it is important to visit our locations throughout the business early on and for key meetings, a long term remote work arrangement is sustainable for this position.
