Job qualifications for this Talent Acquisition Recruiter include, but are not limited to:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, Associate’s degree acceptable, or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Education or experience in Human Resources or recruiting preferred.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple-tasks in an environment of constant interruptions and be able to prioritize responsibilities.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as policy and process manuals and talent assessments.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before job candidates, external vendors and groups of employees within the organization.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts using basic arithmetic and concepts of Algebra.
- Ability to apply basic math formulas within a spreadsheet.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Taleo and PeopleSoft is preferred
