 ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATION for the Talent Acquisition Associate include:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college or university

·         Ability to learn and adapt to new systems or processes when needed.

·         High attention to detail and organization skills.

·         Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

·         Analytical mindset with the ability to think quickly and execute on tasks with minimal direction.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
