Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) with technical or business orientation from four-year college or university preferred; and five or more years related experience and/or training in product, web, mobile, and/or graphic design; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Broad experience designing mobile app layouts (e.g. native, react native, PWA, web-responsive)
• Portfolio of work in web or mobile app design demonstrating ‘what’ the problem was, ‘who’ it was for and ‘how’ it was solved
• Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g. HTML, CSS, Javascript, React Native, Swift, Kotlin)
• Experience with Figma, Invision, Zeplin, or other design tools
• Strong understanding of how to design feature work iteratively; sketch of full experience that can be broken down into smaller layers for dev work
• Comfort in ambiguity and working in a new, evolving team environment
• Ability to work collaboratively across internal and external teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; the ability to listen well and empathize
• Experience interacting with senior management and presenting material to stakeholders
• Experience working in agile team environments
