QUALIFICATIONS

• Subject matter expertise in web production, site operations, UI/UX, and content and digital marketing strategy, digital marketing tactics
• Experience and success developing and implementing integrated digital marketing with measurable results.
• Experience in online advertising and online acquisition campaigns required.
• Experience with Oracle, HTML, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Applications required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field. MBA preferred.
• 7 years directly related, progressively responsible work experience.
• 5 years’ experience with hands-on digital marketing and ecommerce with a for-profit business, non-profit organization or with a consultant working closely with nonprofits.
• 5 years management experience.
