Sr. Engineering Technical Leader / Plant Process
ESSENTIAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SR. ENGINEERING TECHNICAL LEADER / PLANT PROCESS FOCUS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Math, or relevant Science
- At least seven years related engineering experience within 2 to 3 disciplines including process, product, CI, Project, quality and plant
- Ability to effectively present information, defend a position and address concerns is key to fostering collaboration
- Strong influential leadership skills are necessary when planning and implementing projects across multiple Plants, improving processes, and strategic initiatives
- Ability to work irregular shifts and some Saturdays as needed
- Ability to travel at a moderate level of up to 25%, based on project needs
- Microsoft Office applications including Project, Excel and AutoCad
- Experience leading a variety of Continuous Improvement (CI) and 6-sigma type efforts – certifications are preferred
- Ability to apply technical and functional expertise, manage and improve processes, foster collaboration, establish plans, high impact delivery, lead courageously, drive execution, and coach and develop people
