Qualifications
- 7+ years combined engineering experience within 2-3 disciplines (Process, Product, CI, Quality, Plant). Multi-divisional and multi-site experience recommended. Desire and skill set to pursue management path.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Math, or relevant Science or combination of education and experience. Masters Degree preferred in Engineering, Math, relevant Science or Business Administration
- CI Certified Team Leader preferred
- Flexibility on hours required - normal + irregular shifts and some Saturday’s required (on-call)
- Experienced with Microsoft Office applications including Project, AutoCad, Mini-Tab (optional)
- Project management & prioritization, overall Product knowledge, troubleshooting & problem solving, business case development, experience leading a variety of CI Events, ability to leverage technology(s).
- Periodically exposed to machinery where safe operating procedures must be followed, occasional lifting of materials up to 30 lbs. is required, work environment is noisy.
