Sr. Collaboration Administrator
Essential job requirements for this Sr. Collaboration Administrator include, but are not limited to:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in the technical area. Industry certifications can be a substitute for degree depending on specific technical area.

Technical / functional skills (includes computer skills):
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Teams, Teams Admin Center, Teams Managed Services Portal and Teams Calling
- Deep understanding of audio/visual technologies (Crestron, Biamp, Shure, Poly and Aver)
- Outlook Calendaring/Scheduling Teams Meetings
- Azure AD
- Knowledge of computer networking
Certifications or licenses: Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, Cisco CCNA, Comptia Network+
Travel Expected: 5% of time or less
