Sr. Business Analyst - Salesforce

Pella is looking to hire a Sr. Business Analyst that will work with internal business partners and external resources to provide application systems that enable functional processes. The focus for this role is in Salesforce's CRM technology as we implement this throughout our business. This person will have system wide responsibility on complex projects including implementation and support of our final solution. 

Essential job duties and responsibilities of this Sr. Business Analyst may include:

  • Serve as a key senior member to the Salesforce CRM team.
  • Responsible for coordination of complex and multi-disciplined projects from design to implementation.
  • Works closely with managers, other IT implementation teams, and business customers to fulfill project goals. 
  • Responsible for creating an environment of cooperation and teamwork which supports the identification and timely completion of projects.
  • Provide training support, monitoring progress, and communication among Pella and customer teams.
  • May be responsible for supervision of support resources, coordinating testing scenarios and tasked with managing customer relationships in assigned areas. 
  • Assist with issue resolution and troubleshooting on a daily basis. 
  • Collect, analyze, and create business requirements to further configuration and integration. 
  • Support current business systems including identification and resolution. This may include performance monitoring, tuning, and disaster recovery. 
  • Provide technical and industry expertise as it relates to best practices and complex issues.

Essential job qualifications and requirements of the Sr. Business Analyst may include:

  • Experience configuring Salesforce modules like Sales Cloud, Communities, Visual Flow & Process Builder, validation rules, security administration and reports.

  • Background in administrative tasks within Salesforce including creating users, profiles, roles, record types, page layouts, workflows, approvals, reports and email services.

  • Experience working with agile methodologies. 

  • Strong leadership, organization and project management skills, and the ability to speak in front of groups of customers and/ or employees. 

  • Have a passion for solving organization's challenges with software. 

  • Have a natural curiosity and desire to learn new business processes and technologies. 

  • Able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Salesforce Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant Certifications a must.

  • Salesforce Platform App Builder and Salesforce Field Service Lightning Consultant Certification a plus.
