Salesforce Administrator
Essential job qualifications and requirements of the Salesforce Administrator may include:
- Experience configuring Salesforce modules like Sales Cloud, Communities, Visual Flow & Process Builder, validation rules, security administration and reports.
- Background in administrative tasks within Salesforce including creating users, profiles, roles, record types, page layouts, workflows, approvals, reports and email services.
- Experience working with agile methodologies.
- Strong leadership, organization and project management skills, and the ability to speak in front of groups of customers and/ or employees.
- Have a passion for solving organization's challenges with software.
- Have a natural curiosity and desire to learn new business processes and technologies.
- Able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification a must.
- Salesforce Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Field Service Lightning Consultant Certification a plus.
