Job qualifications for this social media specialist include the following:

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in a relevant field and a minimum of three years of previous experience in marketing and social media
- Experience with online monitoring and measurement platforms including but not limited to Google Analytics, Radian6, Buffer, TrackMaven, HootSuite, etc.
- Demonstrated success in social media management, campaign development, and measurement
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook required.
- Proficiency working with online monitoring and measurement platforms
- Proficiency in content marketing development, sourcing, and publishing across digital platforms
- Strong creative/communication skills in the areas of writing, photography, graphic design, and video
- Social customer service oriented with an ability to follow up and resolve issues
- Extremely detail oriented with a strong work ethic
- Strong passion and knowledge of social media trends and evolving venues
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills
