Senior Web Analyst

a vital position to the team, working with Pella Corporation’s customer-facing digital
properties and marketing channels/campaigns. As a Senior Web Analyst, you will
be responsible for analyzing digital data to provide insights, and
recommendations to multiple levels of the business. The ideal candidate will
have both an analytical and strategic mindset transforming data into actionable
recommendations to help drive business growth and the overall user experience. In
addition, the right candidate must be a self-motivated initiative taker.
ESSENTIAL
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES for this Web Analyst include, but is not
limited to:
Monitor business goal performance and identify digital
property, channel and campaign opportunities. Analyze digital property, channel
and campaign data to develop meaningful insights and recommendations to
optimize the user experience and conversion performance.
- Design, create and automate weekly, monthly and quarterly eCommerce dashboards and reports as well as meaningful Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) at all levels, including executive summaries and detailed channel performance reports.
- Drive new customer experience KPIs, metrics, tracking methodologies and data visualizations
- Effectively communicate results of analyses to business segment stakeholders, providing actionable marketing and technical recommendations.
- Monitor the health of Pella’s digital properties and campaigns across all data sources, proactively identifying any accuracy issues and initiating corrective action. Proactive in analyzing customer behavior using available data to influence changes on the website.
- Monitor and report on personalization areas across sites and develop recommendations and testing strategies to improve performance for each personalization area.
- Provide competitive research and analysis to track the fenestration industry and best-in-class brands.
- Recommend and implement advanced tracking and tagging on Pella web properties to ensure important actions/engagement are tracked and reported.
- Partner internally and externally to ensure best practices in metrics and decision making are being maintained.

Prerequisites:
- Ability to query and extract data from Oracle Systems and other major ERPs.
- General understanding of Omni-Channel Media Measurement Frameworks (e.g. MMM, Incrementality, MTA).
- Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Oracle Cloud Solutions for sales tracking, website tagging, data mining, etc.
- Data science background around envisioning, developing, executing, and communicating an end-to-end measurement framework for online media
- Cursory knowledge/awareness of regulatory and technological developments around Web Privacy and Data limitations. (CCPA, ITP, GDPR)
- Multivariate A/B Site Testing Tools and Frameworks (Optimizely, Google Optimize, etc.)
- Specific experience with reporting tools within Pella's IT Environment (Tableau, Datastudio, OBIEE, etc.)
- Experience in Stakeholder Communication and Management (from business leaders to technical practitioners)
- Core Consulting Practices: Ability to translate highly technical data/trends into business objectives/core impact.
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college
or university degree in business or
quantitative field (e.g. statistics, economics, math).
- Seven plus years of related professional experience including online/web
experience
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong analytical skills are necessary.
- Excel, Word, Power Point experience required.
- Experience with web analytics, social media monitoring, tag management and optimization / personalization tools preferred.
