Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT with emphasis in mobile and web development
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields preferred; and ten or more years related experience in demonstrated mobile application, web application and/or software development.
- Comfort and confident in ambiguity, is resourceful, and willing to problem solve around the ‘how’ of execution work
- Experienced in full stack development, deployment, and support of mobile applications
- Experienced with native, react native, hybrid, PWA, and/or mobile-responsive apps
- Certified and proficient with software programming languages (e.g. React.js, Swift, C++, Kotlin, JavaScript, Microservices, GraphQL, etc)
- Proficient with implementation of APIs, microservice contracts, data structures and interfaces, along with other relevant tools and technologies
- Knowledge of Jira, Jira Align, and other project management tools
- Understanding of how to deliver work iteratively and push goals to the finish line using agile methodologies
- Works collaboratively across internal and external product, design, dev and QA teams
- Listen well and empathize
- Ability to understand, create and articulate plans to create long-term stability while also considering alternative near-term resolutions
- Seeks to understand the unfamiliar to provide guidance and instruction for developing solutions
- Strong ability to collaborate and build relationships with other Architects and Developers to design enterprise capabilities.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as drawings, installation instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Proficient in MS Office tools, Power Point, and Project Management software.
- May require overseeing work done by any external contractors/partners developing in the Digital Experience team. In addition, indirectly works and influences other areas of the organization.
