Essential job qualifications and requirements of the Senior IT Services Business Analyst may include:   

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 or more years related functional experience  
• Ability to manage projects

• Comfortable presenting to clients and know how to manage the customer expectations

• PDSN knowledge is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Cisco WebEx

• ITIL and/or PMP certifications preferred not required

• Location preference is Pella Corporate Office, candidates will be considered if they reside near a major airport hub.
