Technical / functional skills (includes computer skills):
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or other relevant fields; and 5+ years of experience. Or some combination of equivalent experience and education.
· Familiarity with manufacturing ERP system(s) and/or Manufacturing Execution System(s) (MES) and/or supply chain management systems.
· Knowledge or experience with AI (Artificial Intelligence) and ML (Machine Learning) concepts and how they can be applied in operations, including predictive applications.
· Experience with the Microsoft suite of products.
· Able to understand and perform complex SQL query functions.
· Proficient with use of business intelligence tools and best practices.
· Strong leadership, organization and project management skills.
· Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings and make recommendations to stakeholders.
· Ability to map and analyze end to end process utilizing BPMN process models and suggest process improvements based on the analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Strong business acumen in a configure to build environment.
· Knowledge or experience with AI (Artificial Intelligence) and ML (Machine Learning) concepts and how they can be applied in operations, including predictive applications.
· Experience in the selection of or implementation of business systems such as ERP, Supply Chain planning, or warehouse systems.
· BI publisher reports.
· PLSQL.
· APEX, React, Node.js, Git or similar technology experience.
· PowerBI, or similar business intelligence tools.
· JIRA or similar agile tools
Certifications or licenses: BPMN 2.0, Agile preferred
Work type: Hybrid preferred. Willing to consider remote.
Travel expected: If hybrid, 10%. Remote, 25%.
