Job qualifications for this Senior Human Resources Generalist include, but are not limited to:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Five or more years of human resources or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • PHR or SHRM-CP is preferred but not required
  • Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Visio are required.  Knowledge of Ceridian or the HRIS systems is preferred. 
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up, problem solving and creative thinking skills
  • Multi-tasker with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Supervisory skills of support employees as needed
