Senior Digital Project Specialist
Essential job requirements for this Senior Digital Project Specialist include, but are not limited to:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or university; and a minimum of 7 or more years of experience in a progressive digital environment.
- Aptitude to drive digital marketing strategies while balancing technical requirements and considerations.
- Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle process including strategy, requirements gathering, UX/Design, Content development, Web development, and QA.
- Proven skill to understand business strategies and align digital projects to deliver results.
- Experience leading a project utilizing Agile principles and scrum teams.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as MVP, definition of done, user stories, backlog refinement)
- Thorough understanding of all responsibilities, roles, and terminology in web development cycle.
- Process oriented mindset that can implement new processes, audit processes and recommend changes
- Strong data analysis skills; bias for data-based decision making and ability to drive decisions to implementation.
- Experience utilizing Web Content Management Systems.
- Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors both written and orally.
- Proficient in the following computer skills: Microsoft Office including Microsoft Project, portal technologies and content management applications, analytics platforms such as: Google Analytics, Omniture or WebTrends,, ProfiAd platforms such as DART or Atlas, motion Technologies (minimal, but solid understanding) and programming methodologies such as SCRUM (should have some methodology experience).
- Familiar with: JavaScript frameworks, SharePoint Frameworks, ASP.net, HTML, CSS and Database technologies.
