Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer
Essential job qualifications for this Senior Continuous Improvement includes the following:
- 7+ years combined engineering experience within 2-3 disciplines (Process, Product, CI, Project, Quality, Plant).
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Math, or relevant Science or combination of education and experience. Master’s Degree preferred in Engineering, Math, or relevant Science.
- Ability to travel on a high level to other sites is required. Varies dependent upon business needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. AutoCAD preferred.
- A good understanding of lean principles with a demonstrated ability to apply these principles is essential to success in this position. Strong project management skills.
- Ability to complete Pella CI Certifications.
