Senior Technical Analyst - HR
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or other relevant fields preferred; and 4+ years of HRIS experience. Or some combination of equivalent experience and education.
- Configuration and administration experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud applications desirable.
- Able to understand and perform basic query functions using formulas and queries in HR Systems.
- Additional SQL knowledge is encouraged.
- Familiarity with application setups necessary for forms, reports, workflows, etc.
- Strong leadership, organization, and project management skills.
- Experience with the Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint.
- Able to understand and perform Oracle Support and SR creation.
