Sales Support Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administers, verifies, and submits accurate product orders by communicating with sales consultants and customers, and having sound knowledge of PellaÒ products, systems, and procedures.

  • Formulates product proposals by effectively and accurately sizing rough openings and blueprints, communicating with customers and utilizing automated systems.

  • Verifies contracts/proposals to ensure the correct product is ordered, built, and delivered to the customer.

  • Assists in calling and following-up on leads, processing customer requests, service and change orders.

  • first point of contact for the showroom customer walk-ins and call-ins; demonstrating product to customers and educating them on Pella offerings.

  • Performs basic blueprint take-offs by accurately reading and interpreting client blueprints.

     

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED, and 1-year customer service or general business experience is highly preferred.  Prior knowledge of general construction applications and terminology and/or window and door applications or components is desirable. Proficiency with Microsoft® Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint software applications. Expected to develop proficiency in Pella proprietary software.
  • Individual’s motor vehicle record must also comply with company requirements.
