Requirements

  • Proven experience as production leader
  • Deep knowledge of production management principles
  • Expertise in quality standards and health & safety regulations
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
  • Experience in reporting on and analyzing key production metrics
  • Proficient in MS Office and other applicable software (Kronos, ProdSmart, etc.)
  • Familiar with lean and other continuous improvement principles.
  • Outstanding communication ability
  • Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field is preferred
  • Door and window manufacturing and or Woodworking/ Construction experience

Other Skills and Abilities

  • Must be able to self-check own work to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and be self motivated.
  • Individual must be able to work as part of a team.

Personal Protective Equipment

  • Safety Glasses are required and provided by company.
  • Back braces are available upon request.
  • Safety hardhats provided by company and are required for specific job functions / locations.
