Job requirements for this product marketing manager include, but are not limited to:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in marketing

• A minimum of five years related experience and/or training in building materials marketing

• A minimum of three years supervisory experience

• Experience managing a multi-channel group of products

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project Management, and PowerPlay software

• Must understand competitive products and take the lead in establishing a Pella advantage 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Directly supervises others on their team.  Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
