Essential job qualifications for this Private Fleet Dispatcher includes the following:

• One year certificate from college or technical school and three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Individuals with a bachelor’s in supply chain management are encouraged to apply.  This role provides excellent growth opportunity.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively to customers or employees in which they interact.
• Ability to work with and apply general mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical and customer service situations.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Demonstrate critical thinking to solve problems and seasoned judgment when handling escalated issues with consignees/customers/vendor partners (external communication).
• Proficient in Word, Excel, WebEx and Power Point.  Base knowledge of Pella order fulfillment systems is a plus.
