Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, Associates Degree from two-year College or Technical School plus 5 plus years designing and implementing training programs for sales organizations

• A track record of success onboarding and customizing training programs for varied skill levels.

• Comfortable delivering trainings for large audiences as well as one on one settings

• Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills

• Willing to travel throughout Eastern Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire territories

• Individual’s motor vehicle record must also comply with company requirements
