General Position Requirements:
- Self-motivating

- Punctual and reliable
- Reasonable & periodic weekend availability should operational needs mandate
- Experience managing a team of 30 or more
- Experience working in a high volume production environment
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 40lbs
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of Mac OS operating system preferred
- Knowledge of Fenevision Software preferred
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop people within the organization
