HOURS FLEXIBILITY 
The position requires some flexibility related to hours of work.  May be occasionally asked to work additional hours or different hours to support business needs. 
 
TRAVEL 
Travel, including overnight travel, may be required 25-30% of time based on sites supported and business needs.
 
QUALIFICATIONS 
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (R.N.) in Nursing or equivalent from two-year college; or Bachelor's degree (BSN) from four-year college or university; with a minimum of three years nursing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
 
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, and legal documents.  Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.  Ability to effectively present information to team members, managers, and public groups.
 
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as medication dosage. 
 
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an variety of information and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
 
COMPUTER SKILLS
Outlook, Word, Excel, People Soft, Fusion, Thrive.
 
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Current Registered Nurse licensure in State of Iowa and CAOHC certification (Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation).
