Identified as technology owner and expert. Competency across multiple disciplines or technologies required. Strong leadership, organization and project management skills, and the ability to speak in front of groups of customers and/or employees. This position requires strong collaboration skills when prioritizing, planning and implementing projects. Exhibits above average ability to decipher functional processes and communicate both to technical as well as business resources. The ability to effectively present information, defend a position and address concerns is key to driving execution.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
May supervise FH, PNE and/or Exempt employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS
Low to High varies dependent upon role and project assignments
SAFETY
Periodically exposed to machinery where safe operating procedures must be followed, occasional lifting of materials up to 30 lbs. is required, work environment may be noisy.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or 3+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
