Responsibilities:  Is a member of the Manufacturing Operations team, responsible for coordination of complex and multi-disciplined projects from design to implementation.  Works closely with managers, other IT implementation teams, and business customers to fulfill project goals.  This would include, but is not limited to, training support, monitoring progress, and communication among Pella and customer teams.  May be responsible for coordinating testing scenarios, and tasked with managing customer relationships in assigned areas.  Will be responsible for coordinating testing scenarios.  Assists with issue resolution and troubleshooting on a daily basis
Technical / functional skills (includes computer skills): Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Project, and Access.  Oracle Metalink and SR creation.  Has key understanding of lean manufacturing, CI environment, product knowledge and how these relate to the IT systems.  Familiarity with Oracle applications modules and high level database structure.  Able to understand and perform basic query functions. Familiarity with Oracle application setups.  Proficient with use of business intelligence tools and best practices.   Exhibits above average ability to decipher functional processes and communicate both to technical as well as business resources.

  1. Manufacturing Operations Business Analyst (05638) – Wylie
Responsibilities:
  • Identification, development and implementation of IT programs and procedures which support internal customer satisfaction at the Manufacturing site
  • Problem Solving and Troubleshooting day to day IT issues
  • Responsible for IT security, Networking & Infrastructure
  • Maintain and Support the ERP system
  • Develop and manage Reports & metrics to drive process improvements
  • Collaborate with Corporate IT on best practices
  • Provide Site Plant Manager with detailed project plans for key initiatives, including milestones, effort and planned completion dates
  • Documentation and Training
  • Responsible for business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives
  • Provide 24x7 support of all information and communication systems at the site
  • Provide IT leadership at the Plant site in implementing initiatives
Technical & Functional Skills: Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint etc.), Cisco WebEx, Cisco Jabber, Effective Problem-Solving Skills, Project Management Skills,
Functional understanding of order processing, scheduling, purchasing, manufacturing applications etc.
