Supervisory responsibilities:

Directly supervises 30-35 technical and facilities employees.  Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.  Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; directing work; appraising performance, and serving team member needs.

Essential job qualification and requirements for this Maintenance and Reliability Engineer may include the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Math, or relevant Science and at least five years related technical and/or engineering experience.
• Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) Preferred.
• Ability to effectively present information, defend a position and address concerns is key to fostering collaboration.
• Strong influential leadership skills are necessary when planning and implementing projects, improving processes as well as strategic initiatives. 
• Ability to work irregular shifts and some Saturdays as needed
• Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Office applications, AutoCAD & CMMS required.  Microsoft Project preferred.
• CI Team Leader certification is preferred
• Ability to apply technical and functional expertise, manage and improve processes, foster collaboration, and drive execution.
