QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
One year certificate from college or technical school and three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
 
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively to customers or employees in which they interact.
 
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with and apply general mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical and customer service situations.
 
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Demonstrate critical thinking to solve problems and seasoned judgment when handling escalated issues with consignees/customers/vendor partners (external communication).
