IT Technician
Essential job qualifications for the IT technician include the following:
- Two-year degree in a computer related field or 2+ years of equivalent experience in a technical role.
- Ability to apply technical / functional expertise
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- General knowledge of servers, computer systems, electronic systems
- General Knowledge of network infrastructure cabling techniques
- Solid understanding for troubleshooting a variety of computer systems issues
- Desire to obtain applicable technical certifications that enhance skills needed for the role
