Qualifications
- Pursuing a B.S. from a four-year college or university
in an information technology field, preferable MIS or Computer Science
- Must be able to work at Pella's corporate headquarters in Pella, Iowa
- Strong academic candidate
- Experience with team leadership and teamwork,
especially outside the classroom
- Ability to use the following software applications:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and other applications.
- Ability to effectively communicate to technical and
non-technical personnel utilizing written and verbal skills, including
presentations to small and large groups
- Ability to learn new technology and/or new languages
quickly
- Ability to be successful in a fast-paced team-based
work environment
