Human Resources Business Partner
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE HUMAN RESOUCES BUSIENSS PARTNER INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or 5+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to influence at a Senior Level

Strong desire to coach and develop others

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
