ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATION for the human resources business partner include:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university

Two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification desired

Strong communication and presentation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Oracle system knowledge preferred
