HR Manager
JOB QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Must Have:
B.A or B.S degree; 7 to 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Hands on experience either leading or acting as a key member in mergers and acquisitions, M&A integration
History of acting as the HR lead for teams of 50+ members
Deep understanding of HR best practices including laws and the various rule and regulations in the states in which the Luxury lines of business operate
Confident in mathematical abilities as it relates to budget creation and management.
Proficient and knowledgeable in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and various HR Information Systems
Nice to Have
PHR or SHRM certification
