JOB QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Must Have:

  • B.A or B.S degree; 7 to 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Hands on experience either leading or acting as a key member in mergers and acquisitions, M&A integration  

  • History of acting as the HR lead for teams of 50+ members

  • Deep understanding of HR best practices including laws and the various rule and regulations in the states in which the Luxury lines of business operate

  • Confident in mathematical abilities as it relates to budget creation and management.  

  • Proficient and knowledgeable in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and various HR Information Systems

Nice to Have

  • PHR or SHRM certification
