Field Service Trainer

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Must have strong written and oral communication skills as well as experience in sales.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, fractions, interest, ratios, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra such as probability, statistical inference, and plane and solid geometry.
Ability to define
problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions, ability
to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or
diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to
solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in
situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to
interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or
schedule form.
