Field Sales Internship:

  • The primary purpose of this position is to:
  • Assist the Trade Field Sales Team in a variety of assignments to help drive contractor/builder sales.
  • Use sales data and client feedback to work with our Trade sales team on selling process improvements
  • Represent the Pella brand and culture well at customer events
  • Offer key program support for sales initiatives, promotions, and VIP Pella trips
  • Work cross-functionally with the Program Coordinator for the Pella Certified Contractor Program
  • Assist in deployment of sales tools, program information, training events and communications to customers
  • Project work would be oriented to sales decisions and may include work involving contractor research, examining competitive situations, and integrating new processes


  • Pursuing bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university – Business, Marketing or related field
  • Ability to successfully develop and manage projects through implementation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrate key leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn new processes quickly and work in a fast-paced team-based work environment.
  • Experience managing projects from conception through implementation.
