Looking for an experienced digital leader with extensive background in developing and executing a leading digital experience including e-commerce; requires outstanding leadership skills and the ability to strategize and drive execution on a top enterprise initiative.


As the Director of Digital Experience, you will be responsible for creating, leading and measuring the implementation of the overall digital marketing strategy, as well as the strategic development, consumer and brand experience, revenue and profit growth of the E-commerce channel.


This role requires a proven track record in leading and evolving a digital platform and E-Commerce businesses through effective traffic-driving tactics and campaigns, driving innovation in technology and user experience, creating engaging on-site content, and working through partnerships across functions.



• Set vision and strategy for holistic and seamless brand discovery, shopping and purchase experience.

• Build a high performance, versatile and agile digital team capable of driving transformational change for the organization and who can stay on top of cutting edge technology trends and apply to our go-to-market strategy

• Manage and drive improvements to the E-commerce P&L, including revenue, margin and expense improvement.

• Design and manage broader strategy and execution for digital experience including website, content marketing, digital advertising, organic and paid search, and social media

• Execute tactics for building traffic and growing supporter base through online media and SEO; partner with marketing communications team to deliver

• Oversee key digital communication channels (blog, email and other online content), leading efforts to produce relevant and engaging communications that result in measurable action

• Establish KPIs and metrics to report on performance of processes and programs and transform data into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies for the digital platform

• Lead digital support efforts for other departments and encourage strong collaboration and teamwork to execute cross-departmental initiatives.

• Develop and manage the digital budget and metrics, providing monthly and quarterly reports as required

• Continue to grow omni-channel strategies and execute plans including ensuring appropriate platform and consumer experience strategies are in place.

• Managing hosting service providers and website

• Demonstrating creativity, out-of-the-box thinking and resourcefulness in leading team to meet ambitious growth goals


• 7-10 years directly related, progressively responsible work experience.

• 5-7 years’ experience with hands-on digital marketing and ecommerce with a for-profit business organization.

• 5 years management experience.

• Subject matter expertise in web production, site operations, UI/UX, and content and digital marketing strategy, digital marketing tactics

• Experience and success developing and implementing integrated digital marketing with measurable results.

• Experience in online advertising and online acquisition campaigns required.

• Experience with Oracle, HTML, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Applications required.

 • Bachelor’s degree required in business, marketing, or related field. MBA preferred
