Qualifications
- 3+ years of digital QA experience (consumer-facing mobile apps preferred)
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or Associate degree (A.S.) in Product Design, Development, Computer Science, or related fields and/or training in software development.
- Experienced in testing of mobile and web applications in Dev, QA and Prod environments. Test Complete software knowledge a plus
- Understanding of mobile app development (native, react native, PWA, web-responsive), APIs, and relevant tools and technologies
- Familiar with mobile emulator software (e.g. xCode)
- Knowledge of Jira, Jira Align, and other project management tools
- Experience in agile methodologies and best practices
- Understanding of how to deliver work iteratively and push goals to the finish line
- Ability to work collaboratively across internal and external product, design, dev and QA teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; the ability to listen well and empathize
- Comfort in managing ambiguity and client needs in a rapidly evolving environment
- Experience interacting with Product Owners, Developers, and Engineers
