Digital Marketing Specialist

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and a minimum of 5 years related digital marketing experience, including SEO, pay per click, content marketing and social media and general lead generation and conversion practices. Agency experience is preferred, but not necessary. A demonstrated passion for digital media, search, social and mobile solutions as well as knowledge of emerging media and online marketing and digital media strategies and best practices and technologies a plus. Results-oriented, self-motivated; exceptional planning and project management skills; requires analytics skills & general business acumen, a team orientation and attention to detail; ability to translate business objectives and goals into quantifiable results.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point. Familiarity with web campaign and analytics programs, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Adwords, DFA, moz, Radian6, etc.
