About You: (Required Qualifications)
- BS/BA with 3 + years’ experience in Web, Digital, Content, E-Commerce, or IT space
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint Software applications
- Willing to develop proficiency in other applicable accounting and operating systems.
- Web savvy and knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle process including strategy, requirements gathering, UX/Design, Content development, Web development, and QA.
- Ability to demonstrate competency with Agile project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of online marketing strategies and website development processes.
- Provide strong organizational, project management, problem solving and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and internal clients.
- Experience with fixed-cost, fixed-time projects and exposure working in a consultation environment.
- Experience collaborating, presenting, and reporting to/with executives.
