SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or similar web analytics tools
• Experience or interest in digital marketing and social media campaigns and measurement
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tool
• Familiarity with R, SAS, SPSS, Python, or other data analysis tools or languages
• Familiarity with using APIs to pull data
• Experience with regression, decision trees, Naïve Bayes, clustering, and other data analysis techniques
• Ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and via presentation
• Willingness to learn new skills/tools on the job
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
At least two years progress toward a bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university in a relevant field (business analytics, data science, statistics, econometrics, math, computer science, MIS, etc.)
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical material. Ability to effectively present reports, analysis and recommendations both formally and informally.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to use tools such as R Studio to model data using regression, k-means clustering, k-nearest neighbor, decision trees, Naïve Bayes, etc. Ability to compute mean, median, mode, standard deviation, percentage change, etc.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of abstract and concrete variables to build a business case or rationale for decisions.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook required. Proficiency working with online monitoring and measurement platforms.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear.
